Inscribed Secrets are provided as a reward for some of the quests in the Realm of Torment. They can be traded to a Secret Keeper located in the Gate of Torment for items.

- Like most reward tokens, Inscribed Secrets can neither be sold to merchants nor salvaged, but they can be traded.
- The faster rate for converting these directly to gold is purchasing and selling superior salvage kits, which will pay out 200
per Inscribed Secret (1
per kit, 1 kit per 5 Inscribed Secrets). Keeping and using the kits may be even more profitable, since each one saves you 4 expert salvage kits, at a cost of 1.6 total, increasing the potential value of 5 Inscribed Secrets to 1.6; that is, 320 each. In any case, do not sell them to other players for less than 200 each.
- Completing all the above quests, you can obtain a maximum of 16 Inscribed Secrets.
