The Inscribed Wall is a wall with mysterious glowing markings on it. Kormir says that it's from before the Scarab Plague, and that only a scholar could decipher the old inscriptions.

Getting there[edit]
The quest Signs and Portents takes you to it. It's just outside Jokanur Diggings; the quest essentially brings you there to lead you inside.
