Irukandji resemble floating jellyfish and can be found roaming the surface of the Jade Sea in groups with Creeping Carp and Scuttle Fish. Some giant specimens of these creatures can be seen frozen within jade in several Jade Sea areas.

Trivia

• The name for this creature is likely based on the Irukandji jellyfish, which can be found in the northern waters of Australia. This species of jellyfish is among the most poisonous in the world. Many water nets that protect against jellyfish are rendered ineffective because of the Irukandji's size (the real Irukandji, unlike the Guild Wars creatures, are actually quite small).
