Kama are a traditional Okinawan and Japanese agricultural tool, used in a manner like a sickle for cutting crops. They are also used in combat, traditionally wielded in pairs. This weapon is NOT to be confused with a Kusari-gama; a single kama with a weighted chain attached to the haft of the grip.
