Keeper Millzesh was a corrupted Forgotten, tainted by the foul magic that lingers in the Realm of Torment. He extorted gemstones from hapless travelers in exchange for access to the Heart of Abaddon. The gemstones have been confiscated and he has been relieved of duty. The NPC was completely removed from the game in the April 5th, 2007 update.
