Kei Beach is a place on the south-eastern coast of the Zen Daijun area. The pier at this beach serves as a landing place for ships with goods for the nearby Zen Daijun outpost.

Start from Seitung Harbor and head east. To do so, you must have beaten Zen Daijun. Another option is to do the Zen Daijun mission and head straight south.
