Kitta can be found with Gareth, Latham, Hroth, and several Festive Norn all drunk and enjoying themselves outside of the dungeon of Frostmaw's Burrows.

She joins Latham on his quest to avenge his brothers by slaying Frostmaw the Kinslayer.
