The Kurzick Bureaucrat NPC allows the player to cash in Kurzick faction for Faction Rewards. Players can trade 1000 Kurzick faction for 1 Amber chunk or 1 Passage Scroll to Urgoz's Warren. They can also trade 3000 Kurzick faction for a Kurzick skill. Trading in Kurzick faction causes a player's account to lose the same amount of Luxon faction until the account has 0 Luxon faction.
