  • See Blimm for your reward.

Reward[edit]

Walkthrough[edit]

Level One[edit]

In the first level, you must kill Xien to get the dungeon key. He appears and disappears at several points in the dungeon. Just keep heading towards level two and you'll eventually be allowed to kill him for the key. The boss icons on the map for this level mark the locations of Flame Guardians. For an easier trip, destroy these boss Golems to disable the Fire Dart traps along the way.

Level Two[edit]

To obtain the dungeon key you must destroy the Malfunctioning Enduring Golem. In order to destroy the Malfunctioning Enduring Golem, you need to pick up the nearby Flux Matrix and bring it to the Unstable Magical Energy Storage, then drop it next to the Golem to damage it. This may take 2-3 times until the Malfunctioning Enduring Golem is finally destroyed.

Level Three[edit]

In the third level, destroying one of the the 2 Flame Guardians will disable half the Fire Dart traps around the TPS Regulator Golem. Destroying both Flame Guardians will disable all the Fire Dart traps within the area. To make destroying the TPS Regulator Golem easier, you can attempt to lure the Flame Guardians and/or the TPS Regulator Golem down the stairs of the Fire Dart trapped area. After destroying the TPS Regulator Golem, Oola's Chest will appear within the area of the Fire Dart traps, so it is recommended to destroy the Flame Guardians.

Dialogue[edit]

Initial dialogue[edit]

Blimm
"Oh! Oh, it's you again. Hmmm. Perhaps you can help me. Yes. You can. You see, I went looking for my staff; it's in Oola's Workshop. I'm certain. It's a nice, red staff. But the golems have...they've gone crazy! With Oola gone, no one is maintaining the security golems. It must have...they must have broken down."
"I bet the...the total protection security regulator golem has a cracked circuit crystal. Yes. The TPS regulator has definitely cracked. Without a strict TPS regulator, the whole system breaks down. That must be it. Now, I can't search for my staff. If you don't help me, I'll burn the place down!"
Yes Accept: "I pity you. Yes, I will help."
No Decline: "Burn it down. Burn it all down!"
Ask Ask: "You need to go to Oola's Workshop and...and stop the TPS regulator golem. It's cracked and making the rest of the golems malfunction. They'll burn the place down before I...before I can."

Intermediate dialogue[edit]

Xien: "I suppose you're here for the treasure, too. Let me be clear: I'm looting the workshop of that floppy-eared nuisance and you're not. If you've got a problem with that you'll have to argue the point with these "Improved" security Golems, so why don't you make it easy on yourself and just go back the way you came?"
Xien: "Now if you'll excuse me, I have a workshop to raid."
Xien: "Didn't you hear me the first time? Buzz off!"
Xien: "Can't you try harder? Make it a bit more...challenging?"
Xien: "Didn't you hear me the first time? Buzz off!"
Xien: "I shouldn't have eaten beans with breakfast this morning..."
Xien: "Didn't you hear me the first time? Buzz off!"
Xien: "You've got to be kidding me."
Xien: "..."
Xien: "You just don't know when to quit, do you?"
Xien: "Beaten by amateurs. How embarrassing..."

Reward dialogue[edit]

Blimm
"You've...ah...repaired the TPS regulator? Oh, really? Well I can't say I'm...I'm upset about that. We can...we can replace it with a new one. I'm certain next time, it won't malfunction. Thank you for...for your help. Can I have my staff back? I want my staff back."

Trivia[edit]

  • The quest name is a reference to the '60s Roger Corman movie Little Shop of Horrors.
  • The internal dialogue regarding TPS, the red staff, and burning the lab down gets its reference from the movie Office Space.
