Follow the marker to the camp, it's just south of the exit to Sunqua Vale. Kill all Crimson Skull, make sure to bring a full party for this purpose, henchmen will do. Open the chest. No key required. Then just bring back the box.

Friend, I must confide in you: I purchased a gift for Mei Ling, a magnificent ornate box imbued with her favorite music, but some of those Crimson Skull thugs ambushed me on the road and stole it. Would you sneak into the Crimson Skull's Camp and retrieve the ornate box for me? I would be most grateful. I only hope Mei Ling appreciated all my trouble.
Accept: "I'll get the box back for you."
Decline: "I don't think I"m ready for this task."
Ask: "Hurry to the Crimson Skull's camp and retrieve the ornate box before those bandits sell it!"
