Losaru Mane can be found:

The Losaru are spread out between the entrance to the Salt Flats and Destiny's Gorge. The easiest way is to exit Destiny's Gorge itself and move eastward, killing the half-beasts. Alternatively move northward from Augury Rock.

Exit Destiny's Gorge and move southward. Activate and use the first teleporter you find. Be careful: The Losaru are waiting on the other side. The green valleys of the Scar are filled with these centaurs.
