Lucky Hochei plays Rock-Paper-Scissors with players for 1 Lunar Token. The token is returned on a tie, and if he loses, you gain a Sugary Blue Drink and a Lunar Fortune.

In fact, Im [sic] so sure of it, that if you can beat me in Rock-Paper-Scissors I'll give you a tasty treat and a fortune! If we tie you won't get a treat, but you will still get a fortune! You can't beat that. Just give me a Lunar Token to play!"
- More: "Wow! Here's my ticket. Get ready to lose, sucker!"

Notes[edit]
- Be aware that if you do not have enough inventory space for the Lunar Fortune and/or Sugary Blue Drink, you will lose them as they won't drop on the ground.
Trivia[edit]
- In 2007, you would win a Lunar Fortune for a tie instead of a token. This was changed for the 2008 event.
- When this NPC says, "Oh yeah! I'm gonna ROCK you like a hurricane!" this refers to Rock You Like a Hurricane, the title of a 1984 single by the German hard rock / heavy metal band Scorpions.
