Makeover Credits allow you to change your character's appearance when you visit Anatomical Engineer Llye at the Great Temple of Balthazar.
They can be purchased through the online store's website either as Makeover Pack or Extreme Makeover Credit.
Once purchased, they can be manually added to your account.
