Mallyx's Edge is a unique sword obtained from the Citadel chest that spawns after defeating Mallyx the Unyielding, a boss who can be found in The Ebony Citadel of Mallyx.

- Slashing damage: 15-22 (Requires 9 Swordsmanship)
- Damage +15% (while Health is above 50%)
- Double Adrenaline on hit (Chance: 10%)
- Health +30

This item uses the same skin as the Runic Blade, dyed white.
