Mallyx's Inspiration is a unique focus item obtained from the Citadel chest that spawns after defeating Mallyx the Unyielding, a foe who can be found in the Ebony Citadel of Mallyx.

- Halves skill recharge of spells (Chance: 10%)
- Health +30

This item uses the same skin as a Butterfly Mirror dyed black.

Except for the visual appearance, it is possible to create an exact technical replica for this item one of two ways:
- Jeweled Chalice from collector Kurmauzeh.
OR
- Jeweled Chalice from crafters Hadusi or Tehshan.
- Perfect Focus Core of Fortitude.
- Perfect "Serenity Now" inscription.

- Makdeh's Focus has the same stats.
- Gwen's Flute (unique item) from the Then and Now, Here and There quest has the same stats as Mallyx's Inspiration but the skin of a flute.
