Mandragor Carapaces are the woody shells of the Mandragor that ambush travelers throughout Istan. They are hard to find due to the fact that the mandragor remain hidden until they attack, and then it's usually too late. The mandragor are a menace to travelers, so the Istani are always happy to see someone disposing of a large quantity of their carapaces.
