Mantid Glitterfangs spawn in the Saoshang Trail along with other Mantids. They are usually not seen until one approaches a seemingly lone Mantid Drone Hatchling.

In hard mode, Mantid Glitterfangs grouped with Mantid Gazers can make for a very resilient group.
