- In exchange for 25 War Supplies, from the Shining Blade Forager in Lion's Arch Keep or the Shining Blade Camp
- From opening Royal Gifts.
- For completing War in Kryta quests:
- 1 medal each: Riverside Assassination, A Little Help From Above, Temple of the Intolerable, and Mustering a Response.
- 3 medals: The Battle for Lion's Arch.
- For completing Hearts of the North mini-missions for the first time:
- 2 medals each: Auspicious Beginnings, A Vengeance of Blades, Shadows in the Jungle and Rise.

In exchange for 10 medals, each collector will offer a weapon:
- Grahame (unique weapons)
- Lionguard (collector) (oppressor's weapons)

- The Collectors are available at the end of The Battle for Lion's Arch or afterwards in the Lion's Arch Keep.
- This item cannot be dropped or traded.
