Melandru's Grip is a unique scythe dropped by Acolyte of Melandru, a boss who can be found in Marga Coast.

- Damage +15% (while Health is above 50%)
- Lengthens Poison duration on foes by 33% (stacking)
- Armor +7 vs. Elemental damage
