Minister Cho resides in his estate on Shing Jea Island and holds the position of Minister of Cultural Affairs for the Canthan Empire. The Minister is an avid animal collector, and his menagerie boasts a collection of exotic creatures (including a number species that are otherwise endemic to Tyria).
Cho is also good friends with Master Togo, the Master of the nearby Shing Jea Monastery. Every year the Master Togo brings his most promising students to the Minister's estate in order to introduce them to the Minister.
During the Minister Cho's Estate mission, Minister Cho becomes afflicted with the Plague, becoming the Diseased Minister.
