Molenin is a Dredge slave with a desire to free his enslaved brethren from their erstwhile oppressors. He can be found both in the Iron Arch area of Sorrow's Furnace and later in the Tarnished Coast outpost of Umbral Grotto.

When found in Sorrow's Furnace: He has a plan to free the Dredge slaves, but to implement it he needs the Enslavement Stones carried by the Stone Summit.

When found in Umbral Grotto: He needs your assistance to free his people by killing off the Summit Taskmasters.
