Namar is an NPC Questgiver at Ascalon City. According to his dialogue, he is of Krytan ancestry, but the last three generations of his bloodline have resided in, and defended, the Kingdom of Ascalon.

"Hello. Yes my family is from Kryta originally, but we've been in Ascalon for three generations and my father fights for Ascalon's Chosen. This is our home now, not Kryta.
I'm sorry, I guess I'm a bit defensive. Ascalon and Kryta were at war a long time, and we Krytans don't always get the warmest reception here.
