Needling Shot
From Guild Wars Wiki
Bow Attack. Needling Shot strikes for only 10...26...30 damage and moves faster than normal. If Needling Shot strikes a foe below 50% Health, Needling Shot recharges instantly. Your other attack skills are disabled for 2 seconds.

- Deft Strike cannot be disabled by Needling Shot, making it the only attack skill that can be used with a bow immediately after Needling Shot disables other bow attack skills.
Anomaly.The regular description is incorrect in that the target does not have to be hit for the skill to recharge.
Bug.Both descriptions are incorrect in that only bow attack skills are disabled.
