[edit] Notes

  • Four Peacekeeper Enforcers and one Peacekeeper Goon body block a narrow path south of the Nebo Terrace exit, demanding to see your travel permit before turning hostile.
  • Vanquisher runs of this area without active quests require defeating around 190 foes. Including quest influences, it has been reported to range from 166 to 213.
    • Insatiable Vakar initially appears to be in a small group. When you engage that group, more foes will appear around you.
