Oath Shot

Elite Bow Attack. If Oath Shot hits, all of your skills except Oath Shot are recharged. If it misses, all of your skills are disabled for 10 seconds. (50% miss chance with Expertise 7 or less.)

Concise description

Elite Bow Attack. Recharges all skills except Oath Shot if it hits. Disables all skills if it misses (10 seconds). 50% miss chance unless Expertise 8 or higher.

[edit] Notes

• This skill is commonly favored by Trappers, as it allows them to quickly plant another set of traps without waiting out the long recharge time.
• Use with a Recurve Bow for the highest chance of a hit or anything other than a Flatbow for a decent chance to hit.
• Use with Determined Shot for instant recharge of all your skills every 10 seconds.
