Oath Shot

Elite Bow Attack. If Oath Shot hits, all of your skills except Oath Shot are recharged. If it misses, all of your skills are disabled for 10 seconds. (50% miss chance with Expertise 7 or less.)

Elite Bow Attack. Recharges all skills except Oath Shot if it hits. Disables all skills if it misses (10 seconds). 50% miss chance unless Expertise 8 or higher.

- This skill is sometimes used by trappers and spirit spammers, as it allows them to plant another set of traps or nature rituals without waiting out the long recharge time.
- Combine with Determined Shot, which recharges all your attack skills if it fails to hit. This can be used to rapidly recharge Oath Shot.
- This tactic can be extended with Shadow Sanctuary, which almost guarantees a miss.
- Add "Dodge This!" or Asuran Scan to the skill chain to ensure that Oath Shot hits through block and/or blind, bear in mind it will still have a 50% chance to miss when below 8 Expertise.
- The 50% miss chance is actually a 50% fail chance and cannot be prevented with effects such as Asuran Scan. Oath Shot will still go into recharge, unlike in regular attack skill failure.
