An Obelisk is a magical attack platform usually constructed with three upright pillars surrounding a central raised dais.

- Obelisks play a key role in fending off advancing Charr war parties in the late stages of Ruins of Surmia, where they must be manned by Mages. In PvP matches, the similar Obelisk Flag Stand is activated by a team flag, at which point it begins firing on the enemy team.
