This item uses the same skin as the Blood Knife, as well as the famous -50 health Grim Cesta obtained from the quest Cities of Ascalon.

- The +9 (vs. Ogres) upgrade is unique. Normally, a "of [CREATURE]slaying" suffix increases the percentile damage up to 20%; this one adds damage points.
- This skin is the smallest sword skin in the game.

This item is in reference to the Dungeons & Dragons comedy audio skit performed by the Dead Alewives Club. More recently animated by Cyber Moon Studios in their 8-bit D&D animation, using the original voices.
