- The "+9 (vs. Ogres)" upgrade is unique. Normally, an "of <Creature>slaying" suffix increases the percentile damage up to 20%; this one adds damage points.
- This is the smallest sword skin in the game.

- This item is a reference to the Dungeons & Dragons comedy audio skit performed by the Dead Alewives Club. The +9 is in reference to the skit and the damage is equal to that of a dagger in the game.
