Head of from Shing Jea Monastery and talk with Su, she is right outside the portal. After chatting with her, head over to Reng Ku which is near the cave that you cleared out in your first Necromancer quest. Once your done talking with him, map over to Tsumei Village. Head on out to Panjiang Peninsuala and over to Raiyan Cave (The cave where your 2nd Necromancer training quest took place). Upon entering the cave, there will be 3 groups of enemies ranging from Levels 2-8. It is best to lure some of them away instead of charging head on into the groups. Once they are dispatched, head into the cave and battle with the Level 10 Bedevilled Naga. Once it is defeated, map back to Shing Jea Monastery and claim your reward with Headmaster Kuju.

Headmaster Kuju
"There you are, <Player Name>! Listen, dear, I need you to do something for me. Headmaster Amara tells me that a sickness has come to Cantha, and I believe that bedeviled Naga down in Raiyan Cave is the cause of it. Go and find Su and Reng Ku, my darling grandchildren, and the three of you get down to that cave and kill that nasty beast who lives there. If they refuse to help, you must go alone, for the good of the monastery and all Shing Jea inhabitants. That is reason enough to kill that creature...."
Accept: "I will find your grandchildren and kill the bedeviled Naga."
Decline: "I cannot help you now."
When asked about quest: "You will find the bedeviled Naga in Raiyan Cave. Su should be easy to find, unless she has snuck off with Jinzo again.... Reng Ku will be brooding somewhere. He is so adorable when he broods!"

"Oh, I am far to busy to help. I have a...a meeting with Jinzo. It is strictly professional! I will have nothing to hide, but...mention it to Grandmother or my brother and I promise you I will turn you into a minion for Jinzo's class."

"The sky saddens me. Each day seems more pointless than the last, each blue sky just a reminder that dark clouds will follow. I am far to depressed to help you, but stay a moment and listen to the song I am writing:
Black is the color of the heart in my chest....
Black is the color that I love best...."

"I made fresh minion pie today. Would you like some? It does not pay to let things go to waste, and my darling minions have short lifespans, poor things. I am grateful to you for killing that bedeviled Naga. Even if it is not the cause of the sickness, we are better off now that it is gone.

Do not forget to speak with Master Togo again now that you have completed your advanced training, dear."
