Order of damage modifiers[edit]

  • Pain Inverter follows these general rules:
  • The base damage is capped at 80, but there is no limit on total damage. Pain Inverter can deal more than 80 damage by using damage modifying skills, including Frenzy and the Lightbringer title.

Game mechanics[edit]

  • Pain Inverter triggers multiple times if the hexed foe hits multiple targets; each time a creature is hit, the skill produces a separate packet of damage, each of which is capped at 80. This makes PI especially effective in these situations:
