- This is one of two skills that can cause maximum health degeneration on its own (the other being Illusion of Pain), but it needs to be cast twice for it to do so.
- Does not affect Spirits.
- Sometimes the animation for disease will not appear, making it difficult to synergize with skills dependant on disease.
