Rago Kindlerock is a Stone Summit boss in Sorrow's Furnace. He seems to appear only if you have a furnace quest active. He can drop unique Fire Magic weapons although it is interesting to note that he uses primarily Earth Magic skills.
You can not attack him if you have Chains of Enslavement on you, since he is a member of the Stone Summit.
