Rand Stormweaver is a bosslike foe found in the northeast corner of Justiciar Thommis's room of Slavers' Exile. He is accompanied by a small group of Stone Summit dwarves, and a patrol of Wretched Wolves occasionally passes by his location. When he is defeated, a Chest of the Slaver appears at his spawn location.
