Rare scroll trader

Rare scroll traders are NPCs that trade scrolls. These NPCs are recognized by the "[Rare Scroll Trader]" tag in their names. As with other traders, and unlike regular merchants, a rare scroll traders stock and price is based on the supply and demand of the player base.

Scroll of Adventure's Insight, Scroll of Rampager's Insight, and Scroll of Hunter's Insight are not considered rare scrolls.
