[edit] Walkthrough
[edit] Condition Removal
Completing the Condition Removal quest should be relatively easy. Before entering the dojo, set all of your attribute points in Restoration Magic. Before you start the course, use Generous Was Tsungrai to increase your maximum health, and be ready to drop the ashes when you need a quick burst of healing or just before the spell ends. Keep Resilient Weapon up as soon as you're first hit with a condition; it should deal with any damage you take as long as you're not bleeding. You can also train Soothing Memories if you want to be extra sure of survival. As the warrior attacking you uses self-knockdown skills, kiting can be very effective too.
[edit] Advanced Defense Techniques
You should use the same tactics as the ones for Condition Removal, however you should train Soothing Memories if you didn't already as you will be losing health much faster.
You can also create spirits and back up. They will focus their attack the spirits. Just remember to keep creating spirits when the current ones are about to die. You can then choose to wait it out or try to deplete their health.
[edit] Disruption
The Disruption quest is slightly harder; you should mix your attributes between Communing and Spawning Power for this quest. It also helps to have taken a secondary profession with strong interrupts. You should bring Pain as well as Dissonance, and any secondary profession skills that can interrupt. Essentially your goal here is to reduce the instructor to 50% health, while they try to use skills against you with very long casting times. If you have any interrupts that cast quickly, save them to counter Meteor.
[edit] Skill Chaining
Skill Chaining is the hard part of this quest and you may want to level up before attempting it. It should be very easy by the time you reach level 10. Simply put all of your attribute points into Channeling and bring Cruel Was Daoshen, Channeled Strike, Spirit Rift, and Spirit Boon Strike. Before they start attacking use Cruel Was Daoshen. When they start attacking use Channeled Strike then drop Cruel. Next use Spirit Rift and Spirit Boon Strike. Repeat if necessary.
