Notes

• This is the only Priest of Balthazar that doesn't use the model of a Zaishen priest, and the only one in a PvE area without competitive elements.

Bug.Rocius has no dialogue and the PvP unlock panel won't open, making it impossible to spend any Balthazar faction.

Trivia

• Rocius was once a working priest, when Tomb of the Primeval Kings was an outpost for the Global Tournament. When that was moved to the Battle Isles, the PvP oriented NPCs were removed, including Rocius. Later, a mistake in an update reintroduced all the PvP NPCs to Tombs, which was later rectified in another update, subsequently removing them. However, Rocius remained and has been a part of it since then.
