- This boss can appear in any of the four possible spawn locations, which he shares with Nayl Klaw Tuthan and Rwek Khawl Mawl.
- Does not always spawn, if he is not at the four locations above, rezone and try again.
- Immediately upon zoning into Perdition Rock, you can turn left and check one of his spawn locations without having to fight anything. You can keep rezoning until he does. Also in this area a Wurm may spawn and make the battle even harder.
- In hard mode, without some form of dedicated interrupt, this boss will be very difficult to defeat, made so by the Hydras that it is grouped with.
