Runes of Fast Casting are runes that provide an attribute bonus to Fast Casting. These runes are only usable by primary mesmers.
- A Mesmer Rune of Minor Fast Casting provides a bonus of +1 Fast Casting.
- A Mesmer Rune of Major Fast Casting provides a bonus of +2 Fast Casting and a penalty of -35 health.
- A Mesmer Rune of Superior Fast Casting provides a bonus of +3 Fast Casting and a penalty of -75 health.
The Fast Casting bonus is non-stacking, but the health penalty stacks.
