Scratcher is a harpy boss that appears in the Wilderness of Bahdza only before the completion of the quest Destroy the Harpies.

He also features in the quest Population Control as one of the Harpy bosses you have to kill.

After defeating this boss, all nearby harpies will cease attacking you and flee to Resplendent Makuun.
