- Random drop from bosses.
- Randomly from a Royal Gift.
- From collectors
- For 5 Kurzick Baubles from Zaviar Merkanah.
- For 5 Luxon Pendants from Redemptor Kurcheck.
- For 5 Kournan Pendants from Mubata.
- For 3 Factions or Nightfall quest reward trophies (except Monastery Credit, Ministerial Commendation, Imperial Guard Requisition Order, and Battle Commendation).
- For 10 Victory Tokens from Sheng Yi or Zaishen Supply Master during Shing Jea Boardwalk events.

- Unlike other common (blue) scrolls, Scrolls of Hunter's Insight drop at the same rate as rare (gold) scrolls.
