Zuor is granted the honor of protecting the Garden of Seborhin from unauthorized access. Only Vabbian royalty and those in their company are granted entry. As such, for your party to gain entry, Tahlkora need to be present in the party.

Completing the primary quest Attack at the Kodash and acquiring the follow-up quest of Heart or Mind: Garden in Danger will prevent access to the Garden of Seborhin until completion of the campaign. The portal instead leads to the Nightfallen Garden instead (and Tahlkora is not needed to gain entry).

During quest Heart or Mind: Garden in Danger:

"Has Lyssa forsaken us? How could she allow the corruption of this garden of purity!"

After completion of the campaign:

"Ah, (character name), it is an honor to speak with one of the saviors of Elona. You have removed the darkness from this garden and for that I will be forever grateful. Would you like to take a stroll in the Majestic Garden of Seborhin?"

Yes, I would like to spend some time enjoying the garden's beauty.

"The garden is yours to enjoy. Please stay as long as you would like. Are you ready to enter?"
