The Secret Siege Weapon Plans are owned by the Stone Summit. Rornak Stonesledge is worried about powerful siege weapon the Summit Dwarves could build with it. In order to complete the bonus of the Frost Gate mission, the plans have to be deprived from them and delivered to Rornak.
