Environmnet Effect. While in the area, every spell cast by a foe causes Exhaustion.

• This effect is found in the Elite Mission Urgoz's Warren and is caused by Twisted Bark in certain rooms.
• Non-spell skills will not incur exhaustion (e.g. traps, signets, touch skills, attack skills, glyphs, etc).
• Skills that already cause exhaustion (e.g. Energy Boon or Ether Prodigy) will not cause twice the exhaustion while under this effect.

Tip: Monks should be careful while under this effect. Glyph of Energy is an optional skill which can be used to mitigate against the exhaustion.
