An item needed for the quest If It Weren't for Bad Luck..... Infortunatos Maxeles in Leviathan Pits gives a Shimmering Scale Necklace, which must be delivered to Albax in Silent Surf. Like most Quest items, Shimmering Scale Necklace have no value if you try to sell them to merchants and cannot be salvaged.
