Storm Kin can be found near the exit to the Salt Flats. To get there quickly, start in Augury Rock, follow the path eastwards and turn north as soon as possible. There's a teleporter there, but it's easier to walk west into the basin as some of the Storm Kin dwell there anyway.

The first group of Storm Kin is right outside of Seeker's Passage. From there on eastwards and northwards these flying tentacles patrol the area. Another group is just south of the Artisan Sennat Sen.
