• This skill is only available to players during Wintersday events.
• NPCs in towns that get redecorated for the Wintersday event will throw a non-damaging variant of snowballs at players. Other than a damage value of 0, the non-damaging version has the same description.
• This skill is also used by Snowman in the Far Shiverpeaks. They are friendly and only throw them on foes walking the area.
• This skill doesn´t activate retribution or Mental Block.
