Spectral Wand is a unique wand obtained from Grahame in Lion's Arch Keep after completion of The Battle for Lion's Arch in exchange for 10 Medals of Honor. As the name would suggest, this wand is a replica of the one Lucent the Spectral wields.

- Chaos damage: 11-22 (Requires 9 Fast Casting)
- Energy +5 (while Health is above 50%)
- Halves skill recharge of Spells (Chance: 10%)

This item uses the same skin as the Viridian Scepter.

Except for the visual appearance, it is possible to create an exact replica of this item with:
- One of the following Fast Casting wands:
- Asuran Scepter from crafter Nojj
- Norn Scepter from crafter Keti
- Wand from crafters Asa, Derrick, Hadusi, Shausha, Soros, or Tehshan
- Perfect Wand Wrapping of Quickening
- Perfect "Hale and Hearty" inscription
