The Spider Cave is located to the south-east of the Temple of War and forms the tunnel that feeds the forge inside the temple. The cave connects the Temple of War to the Fissure Shore.
The cave is inhabited by large numbers of Armored Cave Spiders accompanied by individual Doubter's Dryders. Attacking individual dryders will spawn an accompanying group of spiders. The Fissure Shore entrance to the cave is widely known to adventurers of the Fissure of Woe, as killing the three dryders on guard will spawn a very large group of cave spiders, which can overwhelm an unprepared party.

- This area is a popular part of the Fissure Shore to Spider Cave farming run for Obsidian Shards, which targeted the large groups of Armored Cave Spiders in this area.
