Stone Summit Gnashers are the minion masters of the Stone Summit. If left unchecked, they are capable of raising a large minion army that will pose a significant threat to the party. In Guild Wars Eye of the North, their updated skill bar makes them even more effective minion masters.

The best way to deal with them is to take them down as early as possible. Alternatives would be to prevent them from exploiting corpses or to bring skills that are devastating to minions or summoned creatures (such as Avatar of Balthazar, Verata's Aura and Unnatural Signet, to name a few). Also, abusing their use of Plague Touch can draw them into the middle of your group, effectively separating them from their group, making it easy to take them out first.
