A storage upgrades NPC provide the option for players to upgrade their storage. The Xunlai Agent NPC will offer the storage upgrades (currently only Crafting material storage) to any roleplaying character that has opened a storage account. When the crafting material storage was first released, it was purchasable from a Xunlai Representative NPC, but they have since been removed from the game.
