Dye

Dye affects the entire item. Dye only affects certain collector and weaponsmith variants of the Storm Artifact. Loot, certain collectors', and certain weaponsmiths' variants cannot be dyed. Dyeable version with 20/20 is available from Gertrud in Vasburg Armory (Kurzick) and Telamon in Leviathan Pits (Luxon). The default color can be closely replicated using a mix of yellow and brown dye.
